·   Implemented plans for a laboratory/training environment for new Engineers and customers to simulate real world scenarios.

·   Primary responsibilities day to day were administration installation of VoIP, VTC/dVTC suites, add/remove workstations/printers/scanners, and monitoring/balancing of the satellite signals throughout my 15 site satellite network.

·   Established an operable work space to use as a satellite systems integration center to support DOD operations globally.

·   Acted as the project manager to launch our Orlando Office into the focal point of CONUS and CENTCOM operations for the program.

·   Served as the program Lead Engineer for all operations in the CENTCOM AOR offering on-the-ground knowledge of AFG operations to include VSAT utilization and network integration into existing DOD network backbone infrastructure.

·   Created network infrastructure design of multiple locations in a deployed environment, as well as, implemented the design from beginning to the end. This involved site surveys, installation of the satellite systems transport, design and implementation of the network infrastructure, configuration of encryption devices, IP accelerators and all Cisco routers/ switches. Customers supported ranged from 10 to 300 personnel per site.

·   Assisted team in the implementation of a multi-path failover and load balancing solution at our dual VSAT spoke locations using EIGRP and/or floating static routes.
